Our aim is to support parents in the education of their children as best we can! Our staff has worked hard to create an art curriculum that is designed to enhance the education of your school-aged child. These classes will explore a variety of Art Media in a way that is both fun and informative!
We have designed a monthly set of drop-off art classes with your Elementary student in mind. Each week your student will create a different project using either wet clay, fused glass, or ceramics. Our classes are set up so that students can sign up for one class for $18 plus tax or sign up for all four at a discounted rate of $65. The class will be held the following dates from 3 to 4 pm for students in grades K-5: September 10, 17, 24, and October 1st. Call Short Pump at 804-360-3111 or Midlothian at 804-744-5506 to sign up!
Our Teen Ceramics Classes are for those students in Middle and High School. We want to support those budding artists looking for a creative outlet! Our curriculum allows your student to dive a little deeper into creating through clay, glass, and with painting ceramics. Students can sign up for one class for $18 plus tax or sign up for all four at a discounted price of $65. The class will be held the following dates from 3 to 4 pm for students ages 12 and up: September 8, 15, 22, and 29th. Call Short Pump at 804-360-3111 or Midlothian at 804-744-5506 to sign up!
We have also brought back our Homeschool Clay Classes to help support our local homeschoolers. These classes teach students how to construct, decorate, and paint a project from wet clay. The cost is $15 plus tax and for those with multiple children we will offer a sibling discount of 20% off for each child after your first registered child. Call to make a reservation as space is limited! Homeschool clay classes will be held on the following dates: Wednesday, September 16th from 10 am to 11 am & Wednesday, September 30th from 10 am to 11 am.
If none of these times work for you, walk-ins are always welcome to come and create in-studio! If you have a group, give us a call and we would love to schedule a time for your group to complete a special project together. We also offer to-go pottery which make great rainy day projects to complete from the comfort of your home. Taking time to create together is a great way to spark joy in your home and our pottery studio offers an perfect artistic outlet for your student!
